Fifth Hole Cart Path Construction

 
Although this path is not needed when the course is wet (the fifth hole is short enough for most people to walk) it is a difficult incline for many of our golfers who are forced to use a cart.  This path will improve the appearance of the turf surrounding the hole by giving access to maintenance vehicles and carts,  and should speed up play on this hole by forcing traffic into the woods, away from play.
 
The picture below shows the path in woods, well out of site so as not to ruin the beauty of the hole.  Long term, when we renovate the fourth hole bunkers and 5th tee, I hope to rebuild the paved path in the foreground in a way that minimizes its view from the 5th tee by lowering it  and canting it away from the line of sight.
